Brief Description:

This tour is designed for the travellers who can not walk for along distance but still prefer to see the most highlighted things in Sapa including the beautiful landscape of rice paddy, tribal people as well as experience a fun and interesting half day Vietnamese cooking lesson held in Sapa at our restaurant.

Detailed itinerary:

Day 1 : Hanoi – Night train to Lao Cai

09:00  P.M Pick up at the lobby of the hotel in Hanoi transfer to Hanoi Railways Station for the night train to Lao Cai.
Accommodation: 4 berth soft sleeper train cabin.

Day 2 : Lao Cai – Sapa – Sa Seng Village – Hau Thao Village – Muong Hoa Valley (B,L,D)

Upon on your arrival at the Lao Cai Train Station, you are picked up then transferred to Sapa by our driver for freshing up and breakfast. Met up by local guide and driver at 09:00 A.M for a short road transfer toward Lao Cai city, after a 3 km drive you will ascend a hill to a remote ethnic minority village of Sa Seng where you will be able to see how the Black H’mong’s daily life is, you will continuously pass through Sa Seng for another village of Hang Da; you will spend some time here for rest and a delicious picnic lunch, with lunch completed, you will take time to visit the Catholic Church and explore the village with your guide. Now it is along the mountain side that appears the amazing scenery of the Muong Hoa valley with its river, rice terraces and villages located close together. Keep driving to Muong Hoa Valley where we will have a short walk of 3km on flat route to visit Lao Chai & Ta Van Village  of the Hmong, Red Dzao and  Zay  minority people where you will drop in several local homes for experiencing their hospitability as well as observing the traditional living way. Finally, you are transferred back to Sapa.

Day 3 : Half Day Cooking Class – Day Bus to Hanoi (B,L)

9:30 A.M : start your cooking class with a tour of the Sapa fruit and vegetable market
10:00 A.M:  return to our restaurant, enjoy our welcome drinking
10:30 A.M:  the cooking school chefs first demonstrate each dish before you prepare the same dish yourself. The cooking lesson is very practical and hands on. 12:30 P.M : at the end of your lesson it is time to enjoy all the dishes you have prepared as you sit in our retreat surrounded by nature marvelling at what you have just managed to cook.
01:30 P.M, ends  our cooking class then you are free until 03:00 P.M, we will catch our bus to Hanoi.
09:00 P.M, arriving in Hanoi . Ends the tour by dropping you off at  your hotel.
